The board and the code have decoupled. The board recorded nothing for two days; the repos took 13 commits and five new endpoints in the same window. Sprint 0702 ends today with 83% of its work in a queue that has never released anything.

Two questions for standup

The sprint closes today with 74 items unreviewed — what actually rolls forward, and is Promise blocked?

The three things worth knowing

1

Zero board movement in 48 hours, while the code moved a lot. Not one item changed status since the 05 Aug export. In the same window: 13 commits, a new 5-endpoint upload module, an admin user-deletion refactor, and a schema migration. The board has stopped describing the work — treat its counts as a lower bound on delivery, not a measure of it.

2

The sprint ends today and the review queue has still never released an item. 74 of 89 items (83%) sit in REVIEW/QA at a median age of 15 days, oldest 28. Across the sprint's whole history nothing has ever gone REVIEW/QA → Done. This was the previous report's single recommendation and it did not move.

3

Six of the previous report's seven recommendations are verifiably unstarted. No reviewer named, no triage, no sizing (0/120 items have estimates), no epic scope, Promise still absent from the board. §6 has the detail.

If you read nothing else

Nothing was accepted this sprint and nothing will be by tonight. The decision that matters today is what rolls into 0703 and what gets dropped — because carrying 74 unreviewed items forward starts the next sprint in exactly this position.

01

Sprint 0702 in detail

1.1 How to read the board

120 rows, but 31 are parent Stories that only group their children. 89 rows are real work. Every percentage uses the 89.

Two columns remain unusable, both measurement gaps rather than findings:

Estimation Points: 0 on all 120 → no velocity, no burndown, no forecast.

Epic: blank on all 120 → the Zoho token still lacks ZohoSprints.epic.READ. The 05 Aug UI export shows 40 items do carry epics. Do not read blank as absent.

1.2 Status — frozen

StatusLeavesShare
REVIEW/QA7483%
Done1112%
In progress44%
Total89

No item changed status between the 06 Aug and 07 Aug exports — 0 entered review, 0 left, 0 completed. The 05→06 Aug window saw only 2 moves, both In progressREVIEW/QA. The board has been effectively static for 48 hours.

1.3 Review queue

Median 15 days, oldest 28. Half the queue has been waiting longer than the sprint has existed. Five items have sat there since 10 July, carried in from sprint 0701 — they will now be carried into 0703 having passed through two full sprints untouched.

Measured from audit trails, not Last Modified — see the appendix.

1.4 REVIEW/QA still has no exit

Unchanged from yesterday and worth restating on the sprint's last day. Across the sprint's entire recorded history:

TransitionCount
Into REVIEW/QA103
Out of REVIEW/QA3 — all backwards to In progress, all by Fortune
REVIEW/QA → Done0

All 12 completion events went straight from In progress or To do to Done, bypassing review. The queue is not a slow verification step; it is a status with no outlet.

02

Team performance

From audit trails (when work moved) and git (what was written). Flow measures only — see 2.4.

2.1 Per person

PersonSub. 7d Median cycleOpen WIP Oldest WIPCommits 7d TodayBoard completions
Ayomikun Araoye125d37d50100
David Samuel161d12d2700
Philip Chidera04d011
Promise Udonot on board00not on board

Commits sum each person's two git identities (see the skill's identity table; the Phoenixdadhev → Ayomikun and Davidtariq96 → David mappings are inference, not confirmation).

Ayomikun is carrying the codebase this week: 50 commits, 10 today, and the entire content of today's drift — the upload module, the admin deletion refactor and the schema migration are all his. His 3 open items include one at 7 days, above his own 5-day median, which usually means stuck rather than large.

David shows the fastest cycle on the team (1-day median, 16 submitted this week) but no commits today after 22 in the preceding week. A single quiet day is not a signal; two would be.

Philip has completed 11 items — every board completion — but has submitted nothing for 8 days and holds no open work. His design items finished mid-sprint. Idle, working untracked, or waiting on something is not visible here.

Promise remains unmeasurable from the board and now shows 8 days without a commit to beevia-admin. This is the second consecutive report flagging it.

2.2 Output is steady; acceptance is zero

Week 285
Week 2925
Week 3010
Week 3120
Week 3217

Roughly 17–25 a week, no decline, against zero acceptances ever (1.4). The constraint is not the rate at which work is produced.

2.3 Repository activity

RepoLast commitStatus
beevia-api07 Aug (today)Active
beevia-admin-api06 AugActive
beevia-db-schema06 Aug (release bot)Active
beevia-mobile06 AugActive

2.4 What these numbers do not measure

Not productivity. Commit counts reward small commits; cycle time rewards small items. Neither measures difficulty or quality.

Not workload fairness. With 0/120 estimation points there is no way to normalise a mobile screen against a payments endpoint.

Not individual fault. Nothing is stuck because of the person holding it; review has no exit (1.4).

Not complete. Fortune does no development by design; Promise is absent from the board entirely.

03

What shipped this cycle

3.1 Consumer API: 100 → 105 endpoints

A new upload module landed today and is now documented in openapi.yaml:

MethodPathLimit
POST/upload/image5 MB · jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp
POST/upload/thumbnail2 MB · jpg, jpeg, png, webp
POST/upload/video50 MB · mp4, webm, ogv
POST/upload/document20 MB · pdf, doc, docx, txt
DELETE/upload?key=issued keys only
Worth knowing

These objects are public and permanent. The routes require a session, but the resulting URL has no expiry and no authentication. That is deliberate — avatars and group images need it — but it sits in the same bucket as encrypted attachments, separated only by key prefix. DELETE /upload validates the prefix specifically so it cannot reach attachment ciphertext. Nothing private should ever be sent here.

3.2 Admin: reversible account deletion

beevia-admin-api and beevia-db-schema reworked account termination. The user_status enum changed:

is_deleted folded into status

deleting renamed to deactivated — admin-ended, reversible, nothing destroyed

deleted remains user-ended and terminal — PII scrubbed, phone recycled

The route count did not change, so the audit reported [OK] while three spec locations were stale. Route-count parity is not contract parity; the enums in openapi.yaml and openapi.admin.yaml have been corrected. Worth remembering: a refactor can invalidate a spec without adding or removing a single route.

3.3 Mobile

No commits today after 22 in the previous week. Nothing merged that touches the API surface.

04

Product-vs-PRD gap

Unchanged. None of it moved.

PRD capabilityState
Cross-currency conversionNot built. PaymentService still hard-codes NGN via activeNgn().
Virtual cardsNot built. No module, table or provider capability.
Two KYC tiersLocal only. No international path for USD/GBP/EUR.
Consent managementNot built. Required for the Phase 4 compliance gate.
Payments read pathMissing. No GET /payments.

Detail: api-rfc.md §4–§5, openapi.proposed.yaml.

05

Risks

1

Sprint 0702 closes today having accepted nothing. 74 items roll forward unless triaged in the next few hours. Sprint 0703 then begins in the same state this one is ending in.

2

The board no longer describes the work. Two days of zero recorded movement against 13 commits and five new endpoints. Any planning done from board data alone will be wrong in both directions — understating delivery and overstating what remains.

3

beevia-admin stalled 8 days, and because Promise has no board presence no board metric can surface it. Second consecutive report.

4

Advice is not converting into action. Six of seven previous recommendations are unstarted (§6). That pattern matters more than any individual item on the list.

5

The PRD gap is static while effort goes to chat, onboarding, uploads and admin.

6

Epic reporting still blindZohoSprints.epic.READ missing.

06

Previous recommendations — where they stand

From project-status-2026-08-06.md.

#RecommendationStatus
1Name the reviewer, todayNot done. 0 items left review; the queue has still never released one.
2Triage the 37 items aged 14+ daysNot done. Still exactly 37.
3Do not roll all 74 forwardPending — decided today, verifiable in the next report.
4Add coarse sizing to the next sprintNot done. 0/120 items carry estimates.
5Check whether Promise is blockedUnknown. No commits for 8 days; no answer visible in the data.
6Get Promise's work onto the boardNot done. Still 0 assigned items.
7Add the epic scope to the Zoho tokenNot done. Epic blank on all 120.

Six unstarted, one pending. The previous edition cut its list from five items to one on the theory that a shorter list would be acted on; that did not happen either. The constraint is not the length of the list.

07

What I would do today

Sprint 0702 ends in hours. Only the first two matter before it closes.

1

Decide what rolls into 0703, item by item, for the 37 items aged 14+ days. Some are almost certainly complete and merely unmarked — mark them. The rest should be explicitly scheduled or dropped. Doing nothing carries all 74 forward by default, which is the choice that produced this sprint.

2

Have whoever accepts work accept something. One item moving REVIEW/QA → Done would establish the path exists. Zero have in the sprint's entire history, and until one does, “in review” is not a state work can leave.

Then, before 0703 is planned:

3

Assign Promise's admin-dashboard work in Zoho, and check whether he is blocked — 8 days of silence on a workstream nothing else can see.

4

Add S/M/L sizing. Three reports have now been unable to forecast anything.

5

Add ZohoSprints.epic.READ — a re-authorisation, no code change.

Standing from earlier reports, unchanged: admin hardening (2FA, fail-closed guards, separate admin JWT secret, Swagger off in production), and the FX / card-issuing partner decisions.

Appendix — method

Pipeline. beevia-refresh skill: sprint export → repo sync → drift audit → spec updates → this report.

Queue age and throughput come from audit trails, never Last Modified. Bulk board operations rewrite that column on many items at once without producing per-item entries; using it overstated recent inflow ~5× in the 2026-08-05 edition and produced a “the queue is new, not stale” conclusion that was wrong.

Spec drift was found by route count; contract drift was not. The admin status-enum rename produced no route change, so the audit read [OK] while three spec locations were stale. Contract-level checking is not automated — it needs the sync report's changed-file list to be read.

What this report cannot tell you

Velocity, or whether the remaining work fits — no estimation points.

Epic distribution — blocked on an OAuth scope.

Whether an item in review is genuinely complete — only that its status changed and when.

Admin dashboard progress — Promise has no board presence; judge from beevia-admin commits.

Why the board was static for two days while the code moved. That gap is the most important open question here and it is not answerable from any artifact in this workspace.
